1. Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item(s) was delivered, we will not process refund or exchange requests.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or engraved products
Items altered from their original design (e.g., change of stone, metal, or band style)
Items damaged through improper use or normal wear and tear
Orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
3. Returns & Refunds
All Amanda Fine Jewelry pieces are made to order. If there are no quality issues, a 35% restocking fee applies to all returns and refunds.
Please get in touch with us at [service@amandafinejewelry.com] before sending any item back. Returns without prior approval will not be processed.
Customized items, such as ring sizes over 9 US or under 3 US, customized quarter sizes, adjustments to the stone types or sizes, changes to the band style, and any customer-requested engraving, are non-refundable.
Items sent to you as Replacement/Excehange are not refundable.
Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
Replacement or exchange items are not refundable.
We are not jointly and severally liable for packages returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. If customers request refunds in such cases, a 35% restocking fee will be required.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
4.Returns & Exchanges
Notice: Our items are made to order according to the customer’s choice of ring size, metal material, metal color, etc. If customers want to exchange or return the product for non-quality issues, we require a restocking fee of 35% of the purchase price.
Please refer to the following rules:
- We do not offer free resizing services. The 35% restocking fee also applies to size exchanges.
- After the restocking fee is deducted, if your store credit left is insufficient to cover the new item, we will require the difference.
An item can only be exchanged once.
5.Order Changes During Production
We want your order to be exactly as you envision it! After placing your order, please review the confirmation email carefully, including order details, shipping information, and the expected timeframe. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately so we can assist.
If you need to change your item 48 hours after placing your order, there will be a 15% fee based on the order amount to cover materials and labor, along with the additional price difference if any.
6. Cancellation Policy
Please note that each order requires a production period, which corresponds to the production time selected on the product page.
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
We typically begin production and prepare materials within 12 hours after receiving your order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Therefore, cancellations within 24 hours of purchase are free of charge.
If you cancel after 24 hours, a fee will apply to cover material and labor costs based on the production stage.
The cancellation fee is calculated according to the following schedule:

7. Shipping Returns

If the consumer initiates returns for non-quality issues, they will be responsible for covering the shipping cost. The exact fee will depend on the courier service chosen.
However, if the return is due to an issue, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
8.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days of the approval, please contact your card company/bank first.
