Warranty Period

 

We offer a one-year free warranty, which applies as long as your item(s) are within one year from the delivery date shown for your package.

 

Coverage

 

1.Stone Detachment

1)If the center stone (or stones ≥ 0.4ct) becomes detached, please retain the stone and bring it to a local jeweler for repair. We will cover the cost of the repair (up to $100) once you provide us with the invoice or receipt.

2)If the center stone (or stones ≥ 0.4ct) is lost, a replacement will be provided at a cost equivalent to 30% of your original order value. Kindly return the ring for inspection and repair.

3)For accent stones (or stones < 0.4ct) that detach or are lost, we will send you the replacement stones free of charge for the first instance of damage or loss. You may have them set by a local jeweler, and we will reimburse you for the setting cost (up to $100), for one-time repairs only.

 

2.Loose Prongs

If any prongs on your piece loosen, please have them tightened by a trusted jeweler. We will reimburse you for the cost of tightening (up to $50) after receiving your invoice or receipt. This is a one-time reimbursement.

 

3.Sterling Silver/Gold Plated Jewelry Tarnishing

Over time, gold-plated jewelry may tarnish with wear. If your gold-plated item starts peeling within the first six months, we will offer a free re-plating service. Alternatively, if you prefer a permanent upgrade, we can convert your piece to solid gold for just the price difference.

 

4.Special Cases

The above terms cover general warranty situations. For any unique circumstances, we will handle the case on an individual basis and work with you to resolve it.

 

5.Disclaimer

The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors or misuse, such as accidental impact, exposure to harsh chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
